Preparations for the 9th International Congress of Vertebrate Morphology are gaining momentum and we are looking forward to meeting you in Punta del Este, Uruguay, between 26 and 31 July 2010. The program has excellent plenary speakers and exciting symposia topics presenting the most up to date developments in vertebrate morphology. Please do not miss the opportunity of contributing your own research to this congress. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be accepted until February 10.
Details about the program, abstract submission and registration can be found at: http://icvm-9.edu.uy/
We would also like to take the opportunity to reiterate that 9th International Congress of Vertebrate Morphology offers limited support to a small number of young (< 35 years of age) researchers (graduate students/postdocs) and established researchers from developing countries (see http://www.worldbank.org/ for a list of supported countries) to attend ICVM-9. ICVM-9 also has limited funds to support a small number of young (< 35 years of age) researchers (graduate students/postdocs) from the USA to attend the congress. Details of the application procedure and selection criteria are explained on the congresses website under "support".
We are looking forward seeing you at ICVM-9 in Punta del Este. Please contact the local organizer, Prof. Richard Farina (email: email@example.com) with any questions about the congress.
